To determine eligibility, visit selecthealth.org/getfit. Qualifying members can earn up to $240 per year in wellness rewards by completing weekly activity goals.

1. Go to selecthealth.org and sign in to your Select Health account.
2. If you don’t have an account, create one.
3. In the Member Tasks area, select the Personify Health Check card and follow the prompts to create your Personify Health account.
4. Download the Sworkit app and sign up using your Personify Health login information.

Your Personify Health account connects your Select Health benefit to Sworkit. By setting it up, you unlock access to both Personify Health and Sworkit.

If you create a new Select Health account, it may take up to 24 hours before eligibility is activated for Personify Health and Sworkit.

All Sworkit workouts and meditations count toward your 150-minute weekly goal.
Any external workouts done outside the Sworkit app also count, as long as they are logged manually or recorded through a synced device or fitness app.

Yes. Activity minutes recorded through synced devices—such as Apple Health or Health Connect—will automatically apply toward your weekly total.

To sync properly:

1. Open the Sworkit app on your phone

2. Tap the menu icon

3. Go to Settings and connect your device

Syncing only occurs when the Sworkit app is open on your phone, so be sure to open the app regularly to ensure your steps and workouts sync correctly.

In the Select Health portal:
Go to Member Tasks → select Health & Wellness Rewards → tap Gym/Physical Activity to review your activity points and statuses.
